Returns
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will handle every issue/refund on a case by case basis in order to make our customer completely satisfied!
Any discrepancies with the purchased item must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package. Failure to report discrepancies in a timely manner may result in a non-corrective action.
For stock items, if the customer is unsatisfied and would like to return the item for a refund, then the customer must send the item back within 3 business days of having received the item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return, as well as a restocking fee of 15% of sale price. A refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item. In the case of damage due to shipping, see below.*
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For all custom orders, a proof must have been approved by the customer before purchase (please see proof policy below). By approving the proof the customer agrees that all things pertaining to their custom order—including, but not limited to: design, color, upgrades, bag colors, etc.—are exactly as they want. So, there are no refunds for custom orders. In the case of damage due to shipping, see below.*
*Any damage due to shipping must be reported within 2-3 days of shipment being received in order to properly file claim with the shipping company.
Bag Care & Information
All Legend™ Cornhole bags are machine washable with soap and fabric softener. It is recommended that you let them air dry and the repeated tumbling of a drying can reduce the life of the bag.
Due to the process of printing on cornhole bags, sometimes white spots/line can appear before or after use. This in no way affects the performance of the bags. We strive to keep printing issues to a minimum but sometimes nothing can be done to prevent this. Please be aware that this may happen to your bags.
With the advanced materials used in our cornhole bags sometimes snags and stings can happen. Please do not use these bags on boards with sharp edges as this will greatly reduce the life of your bags. Sometimes a pull or snag in the fabric can be fixed with a little bit of heat to shrink the fabric back to its original state, If that does not work, sometimes you can just trim the stings and continue playing.
**The Legend™ “ALL IN” Bags are a high performance bag that has been designed to be used indoors on professional Cornhole boards with rounded corners. You are encourage to check all surfaces of the boards you are playing for anything that could snag the fibers of the bag. This is a high performance bag and is not recommended for play on rough boards or surfaces. If you do get a snag, generally what happens is only cosmetic where a fiber will shift out of place and the print will highlight a streak. We recommend coloring the streak with ultra fine point Sharpies available from Amazon. Small touch up and clipping of loose threads with finger nail clippers or small scissors is all that is required. The point of concern is when a bead can fit through a hole. You agree to not purchase this bag if you feel that this is unacceptable. We still warranty the bag for defects but not for damage due to play.**
**We do not recommend that you boil our bags to break them. This will damage the material we will not warranty any damaged from boiling the bags**
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Board Care & Information
**We use 3/4 inch Cabinet grade Baltic birch, and with any wood project various of wood grain and patches may differ from batch to batch. We try to use consistent grain patterns but from time time there may be varying difference between each set of boards. We do not guarantee the grain pattern of any advertise cornhole board set we post on this page or social media.**
**These tournament series boards are made for indoor tournaments use, but can be used outside. We do not recommend that you leave the boards outside unattended for long periods of time as harsh weather conditions will degrade the boards over time. We will not warranty any damage due to harsh weather conditions especially boards being left out in the rain or moist conditions.**
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@legendcornhole.com and send your item to: Legend Cornhole, 19 cumming drive, Barrie ON l4n 8h6, Canada.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
